Shopify + Salesforce integration, run for you

Shopify knows what a customer browsed and bought. Salesforce knows the account, relationship, pipeline, and service history around that customer. We define which commerce events should become Salesforce records, how identities are matched, and what teams should be able to do with the data.

What stays in sync

Orders

New Shopify orders land in Salesforce with customer, line items, taxes, and discounts mapped to your schema.

Products & pricing

Catalogue changes in Salesforce publish to Shopify, so names, variants, prices, and images stay consistent everywhere.

Inventory

Stock levels flow from Salesforce to Shopify, so you never sell what the warehouse no longer has.

Customers

New accounts and address changes sync both ways, deduplicated against existing records.

Fulfilment & tracking

Shipments confirmed in Salesforce update the Shopify order and send tracking to your customer.

Refunds & credits

Refunds issued in Shopify post back to Salesforce, so finance reconciles without spreadsheets.

The decisions that shape a Shopify and Salesforce integration

Customer identity

Guest checkouts, repeat buyers, company accounts, and changed email addresses can all create duplicates. We set the matching order and ownership rules before syncing customer records.

Orders versus opportunities

A paid Shopify order and a Salesforce opportunity serve different jobs. We decide whether commerce data updates accounts, contacts, orders, custom objects, or an existing sales process.

Consent and service context

Marketing consent, returns, fulfilment status, and lifetime value may matter to different Salesforce teams. We map only the fields that support an agreed workflow.

Run by Nexbea, not by your team

We operate it

Setup, field mapping, and every later change are done by us and confirmed to you by email. You never operate a mapping screen.

Flat pricing

One subscription based on how many systems you connect. No order counts, no SKU limits, no usage surprises.

Monitored, with an SLA

Failed syncs alert your inbox and ours the moment they happen, with a written one-business-day response commitment.

Shopify and Salesforce questions

Does every Shopify order need to become a Salesforce opportunity?

No. For many teams, completed orders belong in an order or custom object while opportunities remain for active sales work. We fit the integration to the Salesforce process already in use.

Can the integration avoid duplicate Salesforce contacts?

Yes. Matching rules can check the identifiers your team trusts before creating a record, then route ambiguous matches for review instead of silently making another contact.
